E-mail Marketing vs. Social-Media Marketing

Why Print Advertising Isn’t Working

Do We Still Need Websites?

Seems like I was trying to have this discussion a year or two ago. I believe a brand’s social media presence will replace a brand’s website. Why would users want to leave an online community where they spend most of their digital lives? They need to discover and interact with brands on that platform and brands need to be there for them to discover and more importantly — share! http://adage.com/cmostrategy/article?article_id=145351

Back in New York

It’s weird knowing how to get around multiple cities. I arrived back in New York on Tuesday and even though I find new things every day there are so many things that seem familiar. Last night I presented to the Association of Authors’ Representatives at the Society of Illustrators. We discussed social media for authors and literary agents. Thanks to Maura Teitelbaum for inviting me to speak and Yen Cheong who was also on the panel.
